RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and Refunds
Due to hygiene we do not except returns in which the eyelashes have been removed from packaging or tampered with in any way. If our product is damaged when it arrives they we will accept a return and full refund, however return postage is not included.
Refund turn around
Once we have proof of damaged or faulty products the refund will be processed back to your original form of payment and will take around 7 working days for your refunds to appear back in your bank account.
What to do if returning an item
If you are wanting to return a damaged or faulty item please email us at email@example.com with your order number, name and the reason to why you are returning an item.
